Growing up through wars, blackouts, and long nights studying by the light of kerosene lanterns, I could never have imagined where life would lead. As March comes to an end, I reflect on the women who opened doors, lifted me when the journey felt heavy, and helped shape the path I now walk. Their example reminds me that when women give to one another, the light travels far beyond where it began.

It's such an exciting and exhilarating time for women. 21st-century women aren't waiting for seats at the table. We are building the tables!
